Privacy Statement

RenderTiger.com

Render Tiger LTD (“RenderTiger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://rendertiger.com and the AI-powered video, script, and voiceover creation platform available through it (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to visitors and registered users of the Service worldwide, including individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and the United States (including California).

Data Protection Laws We Comply With

RenderTiger is committed to complying with applicable data protection laws, including:

  • The EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”);
  • The UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR;
  • The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”);
  • The Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC (the “ePrivacy Directive”), governing our use of cookies and similar technologies; and
  • The Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended (including Amendment No. 13, effective August 14, 2025) (the “Israeli Privacy Law”),

together, the “Data Protection Laws.” As an Israeli company, RenderTiger is directly subject to, and complies with, the Israeli Privacy Law. In accordance with the Israeli Privacy Law, individuals are entitled to review personal information relating to them held in our databases, to request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, and to request deletion of information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or that was collected or used unlawfully. Requests of this nature, and requests under any of the other Data Protection Laws listed above, may be directed to us at legal@rendertiger.com.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide.

  • Account data: name, email address, password, and other registration details.
  • Billing data: billing name, address, and payment details needed to process a purchase. Full payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, BlueSnap, not by us directly.
  • Content you submit: images, video, audio, and text prompts you upload or enter into the Service, and any Outputs generated from them.
  • Communications: messages you send us, such as support requests or feedback.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically.

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service, collected via Google Analytics and similar tools.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for functionality, analytics (Google Analytics), and advertising (Meta Pixel, Google Ads). See Section 3 below.

1.3 Information From Third Parties. If you register or log in using a third-party account (for example, Google), we may receive profile information from that service in accordance with your settings there and that provider's own policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating Outputs from Your Content and prompts;
  • To process payments through BlueSnap and manage your Subscription;
  • To communicate with you about your Account, Service updates, and support requests;
  • To send marketing communications, where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time;
  • To analyze usage of the Service and understand how it can be improved;
  • To serve and measure advertising, including through Google Ads and Meta Pixel;
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
  • To comply with applicable law, legal process, and to enforce our Terms and Conditions.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics (Google Analytics), and advertising (Meta Pixel, Google Ads). These technologies may collect information about your device and your activity on the Service and other sites over time, including for interest-based advertising. Where required by law (for example, for users in the EEA and UK), we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through cookie preference tools on the Service. Note that blocking certain cookies may affect how the Service functions.

4. How AI Providers Process Your Content

The Service uses a combination of RenderTiger's own technology and third-party AI providers — including OpenAI (GPT models), Anthropic (Claude), Seedance, and other video, audio, or creative-generation providers we may add over time — to process Your Content and prompts and generate Outputs. Your Content and prompts are used only to generate the Outputs you request. We do not use Your Content, prompts, or Outputs to train RenderTiger's own AI models, and our arrangements with third-party AI providers are intended to prevent them from using your data to train their models. These providers act as our service providers for this purpose, processing data on our behalf and subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information with the following categories of recipients:

  • Payment processor: BlueSnap, to process your payments.
  • AI and infrastructure providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Seedance, and similar providers, to generate Outputs, and hosting/infrastructure providers to operate the Service.
  • Analytics and advertising partners: Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Pixel), for usage analytics and interest-based advertising.
  • Professional advisors and authorities: lawyers, auditors, regulators, or law enforcement, where necessary to comply with the law or protect our rights and the rights of others.
  • Business transfers: a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Please note, however, that under California and certain other state privacy laws, the use of advertising cookies and pixels (such as Meta Pixel and Google Ads) for interest-based advertising may be considered a form of “sharing” even though no money changes hands. Your rights and choices regarding this are described in Section 8 below.

If you are a business customer and your use of the Service involves us processing personal data on behalf of your own end users, our Data Processing Agreement applies to that processing.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Your Content and Outputs are generally retained while your Account is active. If you request deletion of your Account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information and Content within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain data for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, or where data has been aggregated or de-identified such that it no longer identifies you.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

8.1 General. You may access and update your Account information by logging into your Account, opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails, and manage cookies through your browser settings.

8.2 European Users (GDPR). If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. We process your information based on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (such as operating and improving the Service), your consent (for example, for certain cookies and marketing), and compliance with legal obligations. Because Render Tiger LTD is established in Israel — a country recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection — transfers of personal information from the EEA to Israel do not require additional safeguards beyond this adequacy decision. Transfers to other countries, where necessary, are protected through appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have not addressed your concerns adequately.

8.3 California Users (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you; to request deletion or correction of your personal information; to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising through tools like Meta Pixel and Google Ads); and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, or to opt out of sharing for advertising purposes, contact us at legal@rendertiger.com.

8.4 Other Jurisdictions. If you reside elsewhere, we will honor applicable privacy rights under the law of your jurisdiction upon request.

8.5 Verifying and Responding to Requests. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We aim to respond to legitimate requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

9. International Data Transfers

RenderTiger is based in Israel, and your information may be processed in Israel, the United States, the European Union, or other countries where our service providers operate. As noted above, Israel benefits from an EU adequacy decision, which facilitates transfers of personal information from Europe. Where we transfer personal information to countries without an equivalent adequacy decision, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age under local law) without the consent required by that law. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without the required consent, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at legal@rendertiger.com.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Service and revise the “Last Updated” date above. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

12. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise your privacy rights, please contact us at legal@rendertiger.com.
